The Path to Freedom
Freedom didn’t begin for me when life became easier. It began when I became honest.
My own experience with addiction taught me that recovery and personal transformation don’t happen through promises, appearances, or good intentions.. It happens when we’re willing to tell the truth about where we are, take responsibility for what comes next, and make the next right choice—one day at a time.
Today, I bring that lived experience and more than fourteen years of recovery leadership to my work with individuals, families, and communities. I don’t speak from theory alone. I speak from a life that has known struggle, accountability, recovery, and the freedom that becomes possible when we stop running from the truth.
Freedom begins with honesty. The rest is built one choice at a time.

Truth has the power to change a room.
